Asylum non può essere considerato un disco, composto di brani musicali più o meno melodici; non ci puoi fare jogging, né tanto meno usarlo come colonna sonora in autobus.
Asylum, infatti, è più che altro lo sviluppo di un’idea; un esperimento.
Un’idea che non ha la pretesa di piacere, ma ha l'arroganza di interpretare con suoni, rumori, stridori e ritmiche ridondanti, le persone affette da disordini mentali.
Che poi, il disordine, non è forse un punto di vista alternativo dell'ordine?
Asylum è ciò che è nato da questa mia interpretazione.
